We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hashi for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

Hashi is free to play and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. By using the app you agree to the display of advertisements. You can remove ads through any in-app purchase option if available.
All content, design, graphics, and code in Hashi are the exclusive property of the developer. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Hashi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Hashi ücretsiz olup Google AdMob tarafından sağlanan reklamlarla desteklenmektedir. Uygulamayı kullanarak reklam gösterimine onay vermiş olursunuz. Varsa uygulama içi satın alma seçeneğiyle reklamları kaldırabilirsiniz.
Hashi'deki tüm içerik, tasarım, grafik ve kod, geliştiricinin münhasır mülkiyetindedir. Tüm haklar saklıdır. Bu Koşullar, size herhangi bir fikri mülkiyet hakkı devretmez.
Hashi, açık veya zımni herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Uygulamanın hatasız veya kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, geliştirici; uygulamayı kullanımınızdan veya kullanamamanızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellenen sürüm, yeni yürürlük tarihiyle bu URL'de yayınlanacaktır. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek, koşulları kabul etmek anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı hükümlerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
