Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Torqly application. By downloading or using Torqly, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Torqly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. License

Torqly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Subscriptions

Torqly offers optional premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription pricing and duration are displayed in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store / Google Play account settings.
No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.

4. Data & Responsibility

All data entered into Torqly is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from app deletion, device failure, or other causes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Torqly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use the app at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torqly and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
