Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul

Shikaku uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

2. Lisans

Size uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmak için sınırlı, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verilmektedir. Aşağıdakiler kesinlikle yasaktır:

Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek veya dağıtmak
Tersine mühendislik uygulamak (reverse engineering)
Uygulamayı ticari amaçlarla satmak veya kiralamak
Telif hakkı veya mülkiyet bildirimlerini kaldırmak

3. Uygulamanın Kullanımı

Uygulama kişisel ve eğlence amaçlı kullanım içindir
Yasadışı amaçlarla kullanamazsınız
Uygulamayı kötüye kullanan kullanıcılar erişimden mahrum bırakılabilir

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

Shikaku uygulamasındaki tüm içerik (tasarım, grafikler, oyun mekaniği, kod) geliştiriciye aittir ve telif hukuku ile diğer fikri mülkiyet yasaları kapsamında korunmaktadır.

5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Uygulama aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmeti kullanmaktadır:

Google AdMob — Reklam hizmeti

AdMob koşulları: policies.google.com/terms

6. Garanti Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Geliştirici şunları garanti etmez:

Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı
Belirli bir cihaz veya iOS sürümüyle uyumluluk
Oyun verilerinin her koşulda korunacağı

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Geliştirici, uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan (veri kaybı, cihaz hasarı vb.) sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayınlanacak, uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelecektir.

9. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Shikaku app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

Copying, modifying, or distributing the app
Reverse engineering the app
Selling or renting the app for commercial purposes
Removing copyright or proprietary notices

3. Use of the App

The app is intended for personal entertainment use only
You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose
Users who abuse the app may have their access revoked

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Shikaku app (design, graphics, game mechanics, code) is owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party service:

Google AdMob — Advertising service

AdMob terms: policies.google.com/terms

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is." The developer does not warrant that:

The app will operate uninterrupted or error-free
The app is compatible with any specific device or iOS version
Game data will be preserved under all circumstances

7. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app (including data loss, device damage, etc.).

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
